We are pleased to offer our villa to you directly, without any agency involvement. Rent directly from the owner and enjoy a personal contact on-site. A gardener visits twice a week, and service staff or a cleaner can be arranged for an additional fee.
The villa is perfect as a workation destination. Our family felt totally at home and our friends were able to visit us. It was a wonderful time!

Master Bed Room
This master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, as well as access to a balcony on the villa’s first floor, providing a stunning view of the sea. A private walk-in closet is also available for your convenience.

What are the advantages of renting directly from the owner?
The advantage of renting directly from the owner is that it lowers the monthly rental costs compared to going through an agency. However, there is still a contact person available on-site.
What is the check-in & check-out time?
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. This allows us time to complete the thorough end-of-stay cleaning, ensuring the villa is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
Do you offer airport transportation?
Yes, we offer complimentary airport transportation upon request.
Can I cancel my booking?
Let’s discuss this. Bookings are typically fixed for extended periods, but we can review your situation together.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. However, any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of their owner.
Is there a shuttle service to the beach?
No, there isn’t a shuttle service, but the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Is there a security deposit required?
A security deposit of €15,000 is required.
How often is the garden maintained?
The property is maintained by a gardener twice a week.
Is there someone available on-site for assistance?
Yes, there is always a contact person available on-site. (They do not live on the property, of course.)
